To build the capacity of Venezuelan journalists to cover issues related to security and defense policies from a human rights and democracy perspective and to strengthen the organization as an institutional reference in Venezuela for the rights of citizens to monitor security issues. This project will train journalists to improve their understanding of their role in promoting transparency and accountability of public policies concerning security issues.

This project will train citizens on monitoring public services and actively advocating for programs and services that meet the needs of local residents.
